Senior Content Creator and Marketing Specialist - Mississauga, ON


We are currently seeking a Senior Content Creator and Marketing Specialist to join our Sales & Marketing team in Mississauga, ON.

This is a senior marketing design and management position for the TyCorra Group of Companies which relies heavily on original artistic illustration and marketing material creation as the core skills of the position. There are external resources available to assist with creating polish for deliverables, however, creativity in illustrations is a core requirement for this role. As you learn the nuances of our business, you will apply your artistic creation skills to help create illustrations that work for TyCorra Group.

You will produce innovative, idea-encompassing, persuasive and engaging original illustrations and marketing content while providing support to the Sales & Marketing Team in the creation of compelling marketing content for a multitude of uses including, but not limited to: sales enablement, brochures, illustrations, PowerPoint presentation materials, marketing campaigns and website & social media content and SEO activities. You will develop, plan and execute social media engagement activities and campaigns improving our online presence using your knowledge of social media measurement and analytics. You will tap into your creative talents and skills to contribute to new ideas and strategic improvements and produce quality graphics and design resulting in high visual impact to our target audiences.

An opportunity may exist for upward career mobility to lead the marketing efforts for the TyCorra Group, possibly resulting in promotions and growth.

Qualifications:

  • University or College Level post secondary education in Marketing, Journalism, Communications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing and communications with a strong focus on original content creation, 2+ years in creative design, 1+ year SEO writing
  • Experience with graphic design using Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Creative Suite, or other
  • Excellent command of the English language and grammar, French is an asset.
  • Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Experience in website management and development, understanding best practices in information architecture, navigation, user ability, accessibility standards.

HOURS PER WEEK: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

    • Suspension systems
    • Inspect and repair brakes, wheels, hubs and axles
    • Air and Auxiliary systems
    • Lift gate systems
  • Perform preventative and routine maintenance services
  • Conduct safety inspections
  • Support team members and apprentices, as required
  • Maintain clean & safe work area
  • Use of all tools of the trade (hand & power tools, welding equipment, jacks & hoists)
  • Wear all required PPE while working and adhere to all safety protocols

Minimum Requirements:

Truck and Transport Service Technician - Moncton, NB


GoRight Fleet Solutions has immediate openings for Truck and Transport Service Technicians for our brand new facility located in Moncton work in the shop or as a mobile.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be an integral member of GoRight’s Service team. As part of your duties, you will perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot defects in equipment and perform top quality work in a safe manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Following GoRight’s standard work order process and procedures ensuring detailed, accurate and timely records
  • Repair and maintain all makes of heavy duty trucks
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
  • Overhaul mechanical components
  • Check electrical and fuel systems, repair problems, and fit and reassemble new parts
  • Adjust or replace parts on mechanical, electronic and electrical systems and components, including brakes, steering and lighting
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment
  • Complete timely and quality repairs resulting in customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe facility
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager

Requirements:

  • Red Seal and/or Provincial License/Trade Certification/Registered Apprentices
  • Minimum of 2 years’ related work experience
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
  • A cooperative team player attitude with a positive work ethic
  • Willing to work in all weather extremes both inside and outside
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to perform heavy work

Warehouse Support Person/Parts Delivery Driver - Mississauga, ON


GoRight has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Support Person/Parts Delivery Driver for the Mississauga location.

The individual in this role will primarily be responsible for providing support in the warehouse including but not limited to; assisting customers, performing cycle counts, checking in stock orders and stocking shelves, and pulling orders. General housekeeping of the parts areas is also a requirement to ensure work areas are free from hazards preventing health and safety issues as well as supporting LEAN and quality process improvement initiatives. From time to time, this role will be required to provide pickup and delivery of parts for both customers and the shop on a timely basis and to assist with maintaining shop parts and inventory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA:

  • Warehouse support duties as assigned
  • Assist with walk in and phone in over the counter sales – ensure the customer is attended to politely and in a timely manner and phones are answered promptly and in a professional manner
  • Pull and stage parts for shop jobs before coming into the shop
  • Identify and communicate any work order warranty requirements to technicians and shop supervisor
  • Communicate any inventory concerns or discrepancies with Parts Manager
  • Ensure all parts are billed to work orders in real time to relieve from inventory
  • Ensure any un-used parts are returned to inventory and removed from work orders if necessary
  • Deliver parts to customer locations in a timely and safe manner
  • Pick up parts at supplier locations
  • Maintain parts delivery truck to company standards with regular cleanings
  • Attend meetings and training after hours if required
  • Working shift work, including weekends, when required
  • Other work as may be defined
  • Deliver parts and pick up at service locations
  • Complete Daily Reports
  • Operate company vehicle in a safe undistracted manner
  • Other related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Grade 12 education, or combination of education and experience accepted
  • Minimum one (1) year previous experience working with parts delivery, & inventory support
  • Valid Class G license, with a clean driving record, must be willing to provide drivers’ abstract upon hire
  • Strong customer service skills, always maintaining professionalism

Parts Person - Mississauga, ON


GoRight has an immediate opening for a Parts Person to assist with shop parts, inventory and parts sales at the Mississauga location.

The individual in this role will primarily be responsible to supply parts to internal and external customers over the front counter, service counter, receiving order requests via telephone maintaining professionalism at all times. The role requires accurate record keeping of inventory, identifying parts required for upcoming jobs in the shop and ensuring the communication of lead times of on parts arrival from suppliers. The individual will also provide support in the general housekeeping of the parts areas to ensure work areas are free from hazards preventing health and safety issues as well as support LEAN and quality process improvement initiatives. The individual may be required to work shift work or hours on the occasional weekend as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA:

  • Supply parts to customers from inventory
  • Add parts to open Shop and Mobile work orders and assign to proper tasks as required
  • Assist with updating repair quotes with part information and pricing
  • Assist with pulling and staging parts for shop jobs before coming into the shop
  • Return unused or extra parts to correct inventory location
  • Pick parts orders for shipping to customers, stock orders for off-site branches, parts transfers
  • Perform cycle counts
  • Ensure all jobs in the shop are provided with the parts and supplies required immediately when requested
  • Identify and communicate any work order warranty requirements to technicians and shop supervisor
  • Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies
  • Processing of purchase orders and invoices
  • Accurate reporting on work orders related to parts
