Day Shop Foreman - Cardiff Facility

We are currently looking for a Day Shop Foreman to take the lead at our Mississauga, ON – Cardiff facility. You will report to the Service Manager or designate working Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

This is a hands-on role, requiring a steady yet guiding hand for a diverse and dedicated team of trailer mechanics and apprentices. The ideal Shop Foreman will have at least 5 years of professional mechanical experience with an active journeyman certificate and will also need to have trailer shunting experience. While guiding the team, the Shop Foreman will be vigilant, maintain order and inspect all jobs.

With a focus on safety and quality, it will come down to the Shop Foreman to ensure their team is the best they can be, and the shop runs as smoothly as possible; work orders are correct and completed on time, technicians and apprentices know their craft and remain engaged. Your high energy and knowledge of trailer maintenance and repair allow you to mentor and bring out the best in your team.

Afternoon Shop Foreman - Gana Court Facility

We are currently looking for an Afternoon Shop Foreman to take the lead at our Mississauga, ON – Gana Court facility. You will report to the Service Manager or designate working Monday to Thursday from 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

As A Financial Analyst, through your technical expertise in Microsoft Navision, you will be responsible for:

  • General accounting, month-end accounting processes, financial reporting, reconciliation of intercompany transactions
  • Billing and costing of trailer sales deals
  • Provide extensive calendar management with an emphasis on proactive planning and scheduling
  • Acting as the liaison between finance and other departments, together you will analyze monthly financial statements, identify gaps, and develop corrective action plans
  • You will also participate in cost savings projects to implement business process improvement as directed by the CFO

Qualifications and Skills

  • University/College degree in Accounting or Business with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Navision (or willingness to learn) and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to engage confidentially within all levels of the organization and build strong relationships
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment

Executive Assistant

Position Summary

We are growing again, and our CEO is in need of a dynamic, intelligent, tech savvy, charming, and thorough Executive Assistant to help him drive growth in the businesses. The Executive Assistant will play a vital role within the organization by providing a range of diverse and highly confidential, executive level administrative duties to support the CEO. This includes managing interesting and challenging projects, day-to-day administrative and clerical activities, as well as acting as liaison between the CEO, other departments, and external customers and suppliers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with organization of the CEO office, balancing projects and priorities
  • Leading with analysis and problem solving, taking on projects and tasks as appropriate
  • Provide extensive calendar management with an emphasis on proactive planning and scheduling
  • Assist with development and implementation of HR and marketing processes, helping to drive a strong culture that you can directly influence with your ideas and passions
  • Organize meeting logistics including ensuring all preparations are complete
  • Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Prepare and proofread reports, proposals, presentations and correspondence
  • Attend to a variety of office administrative details such as establishing, organizing and maintaining confidential, subject files.
  • Organize special events as needed, coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with all stake holders – employees, customers, suppliers, business associates, etc
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently via phone, email, and in person with all stake holders. Maintain and organize a record of all communications
  • Manage expenses - enter and process expense reports in a timely manner
  • Provide assistance on ad hoc projects and requests as needed
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary

Qualifications and Skills

  • College diploma preferred.
  • Demonstrated Executive Assistant experience - preferably 2+ years directly related experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A self-motivated worker with the ability to work independently and as a key team player
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and able to liaise with clients and staff
  • Creative problem-solving skills

Trailer Service Technicians (310J) & Apprentice Technicians


GoRight is growing again and looking for Licensed Trailer (310J) Service Technicians & Apprentices to work out of our facility located in Kitchener ON.

If you enjoy mechanical work, fabrication, welding, electrical and body work, in a busy team atmosphere; then this is the job for you!

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Shop Foreman/Service Manager, as a Service Technician you will be an integral member GoRight’s Service team. As a Service Technician you will perform all aspects of transportation equipment repair and maintenance in a high quality and safe manner

An ideal Service Technician will have the ability to conduct safety inspections, diagnosing and repairing; electrical systems, landing gear assemblies and trailer frames; bodies; suspensions systems: tires, wheels, hubs and axles; air and auxiliary systems; braking systems and lift gate systems.

Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidates will require:

  • A cooperative team player attitude with a positive work ethic,
  • Licensed 310J Technician, OR Apprentice level working towards 310J or willing to enroll for apprentice program,
    • Requires a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent with technical training to enroll,
    • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience (Trailer, Truck & Coach, Welding, Fabricating, Electrical, Mechanical) OR completion of a related college program.
  • Experience operating hand and air tools,
  • Ability to lift heavy parts
  • Good written and communication skills
