Financial Analyst


If you possess strong planning and analysis skills and are looking for more than a regular day-to-day month end work in your accounting job; then GoRight Fleet Solutions Inc. has a great opportunity for you as a Financial Analyst.

Position Summary


As Financial Analyst, through your technical expertise in Microsoft Navision, you will be responsible for the general accounting, month-end accounting processes, financial reporting, reconciliation of intercompany transactions, billing and costing of trailer sales deals. Acting as the liaison between finance and other departments, together you will analyze monthly financial statements, identify gaps, and develop corrective action plans. You will also participate in cost savings projects to implement business process improvement as directed by the CFO.

Qualifications and Skills


The ideal candidate possess a university degree in Accounting or Business with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Navision and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills, allows you to engage confidentially within all levels of the organization and build strong relationships. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, enjoy and have the ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly, as well as suggest ways of improvement.

Trailer Service Technicians (310J) & Apprentice Technicians


GoRight is growing again and looking for Licensed Trailer (310J) Service Technicians & Apprentices to work out of our facility located in Kitchener ON.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Shop Foreman/Service Manager, as a Service Technician you will be an integral member GoRight’s Service team. As a Service Technician you will perform all aspects of transportation equipment repair and maintenance in a high quality and safe manner

An ideal Service Technician will have the ability to conduct safety inspections, diagnosing and repairing; electrical systems, landing gear assemblies and trailer frames; bodies; suspensions systems: tires, wheels, hubs and axles; air and auxiliary systems; braking systems and lift gate systems.

Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidates will require:

  • A cooperative team player attitude with a positive work ethic,
  • Licensed 310J Technician, OR Apprentice level working towards 310J or willing to enroll for apprentice program,
    • Requires a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent with technical training to enroll,
    • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience (Trailer, Truck & Coach, Welding, Fabricating, Electrical, Mechanical) OR completion of a related college program.
  • Experience operating hand and air tools,
  • Ability to lift heavy parts
  • Good written and communication skills

Truck Trailer Mobile Service Technicians


GoRight is growing again and looking for Licensed Mobile Service Technicians (310J or 310T) to work based out of Cambridge ON.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Mobile Service Technician is an integral member of our Fleet Service team. As a Mobile Service Technician you will perform all aspects of transportation equipment repair and maintenance in a high quality and safe manner.

The ideal Mobile Service Technician will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in all aspects of transportation equipment repair and maintenance, with the ability to conduct safety inspections, diagnosing and repairing; electrical systems, landing gear assemblies and trailer frames; bodies; suspensions systems: tires, wheels, hubs and axles; air and auxiliary systems; braking systems and lift gate systems.

While maintaining the mobile unit, equipment, inventory and tools assigned, you will convey the professional image of GoRight and a high level of customer service at all times whether it be providing emergency roadside assistance, providing scheduled servicing at the customers location, or working with members of GoRight team.

Qualifications and Skills

The successful candidates will require:

  • A cooperative team player attitude with a positive work ethic,
  • An active 310J or 310T journeyman certificate.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in all aspects of transportation equipment repair and maintenance,
  • Experience operating hand and air tools,
  • Ability to lift heavy parts
  • Ability to work in all weather extremes both inside and outside,
  • Knowledge of transportation industry and regulations,
  • Good written and communication skills, and
  • Experience with welding, is an asset.
