General Labourer - Assembly


GoRight Fleet Solutions is seeking eager and reliable individuals to join our team on a temporary full time basis to work as a General Labourer for Assembly in the Kitchener area for approximately ten (10) months. Job responsibilities will primarily be to assemble delivery vans for one of our largest GoRight customers. Experience working with hand tools is preferred, however, we will provide training to the right candidates.

MAIN QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Mechanically inclined
  • Experience with the use of various hand tools
  • Ability to lift up to 35kg (80lbs) using safe lifting techniques
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Valid G license is an asset
  • Work in a fast paced environment understanding the need for urgency to assist in meeting production schedules
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and quality
  • Awareness of personal safety and the safety of team members
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Have good communication skills to be able to receive direction
  • Be able to work well in a team setting or independently as needed
  • Completion of mandatory onboarding training with the first 30 days
  • Follow all company policies and Health & Safety procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

310J Trailer Service Technicians/Experienced Apprentices - Mississauga, ON

GoRight is growing again and looking for Licensed Trailer (310J) Service Technicians & Experienced Apprentices to work out of our facility located in Mississauga, ON.

As an employee, you will be an integral member of GoRight Fleet Solutions Service team providing high quality maintenance and equipment repair following GoRight’s exceptional work standards.

The ideal technician will be able to conduct safety inspections, diagnose and repair electrical systems, landing gear assemblies and trailer frames, truck bodies, suspension systems, tires, wheels, hubs and axles, air and auxiliary systems, brake and life gate systems.

YOU WILL REQUIRE:

  • Licensed 310J Technician, OR Experienced Apprentices
  • Requires a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent with technical training to enroll
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience (Trailer, Truck & Coach, Welding Fabricating, Electrical, Mechanical) OR completion of a related college program
  • Experience operating hand and air tools
  • Ability to lift heavy parts
  • Good written and communication skills

Truck & Coach Technician (310T) - Weekend Shift


GoRight has immediate openings for Truck & Coach Technicians for our Mississauga facility working weekends from Friday through to Sunday, three 12-hour day shifts.

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Service Manager, you are an integral member of GoRight’s Service team. As part of your duties, you will perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on equipment, diagnose and troubleshoot defects in equipment and perform top quality work in a safe manner.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Following GoRight’s standard work order process and procedures ensuring detailed, accurate and timely records
  • Repair and maintain customer equipment
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions of equipment
  • Complete timely and quality repairs resulting in customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe facility
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 310T License
  • Will consider 2nd or 3rd year apprentice with experience
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Valid provincial driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract
  • A cooperative team player attitude with a positive work ethic
  • Willing to work in all weather extremes both inside and outside
  • Good manual dexterity and ability to perform heavy work

Truck Technicians and Trailer Technicians (Shop and Mobile) - Moncton, NB


GoRight has immediate openings for Truck and Transport Service Technicians as well as Commercial Trailer Technicians for both in Shop and Mobile to work out of our brand new facility located in Moncton, NB.

Position Summary:
